On Tuesday I picked up a new foster kitten. He was found on the side of the road with a broken leg and had surgery the day prior to me bringing him home. He's on crate rest and quiet for next few weeks to allow his leg to heal. He is a very very sweet boy - very loving and purrs all the time! He seems like he knows he is in good hands and is so happy! Here are a few pics of him.
Gosh, what a poor wee lamb with his paws all bandaged up! LOL But he's definitely in good hands...enjoy him while you have him! :D
ReplyDeleteThanks Diane! He's a very sweet boy. Purrs all the time, very gentle but very alert. :)
ReplyDeleteThe bandage on his back foot is covering the pain patch. He took the bandage off himself the night before it and the pain patch was to be removed. Luckily the pain patch was still left on until the vet could take it off. ;) His front left leg had the surgery and has staples all across the shoulder area where they inserted a pin and he gets around on three legs, although a bit shaky. I never had a pet with a broken bone so am learning as I go! :)
